When you submit an inquiry, we collect the details you provide: your names, email, wedding date, venue, guest count, and message. When you reserve a date, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment details — card and billing information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. We may also use standard analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site.
Inquiry details are used to respond to you, prepare your proposal, and coordinate your photography services. Payment details are used solely to process the transactions you initiate. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site and our advertising.
Service providers that make the site work: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database providers, and analytics providers. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
You can ask us to update or delete your inquiry information at any time by writing to hello@rosecityphoto.co. Delivered photographs are governed by your service agreement, including your right to opt out of portfolio use.
