Every image from your wedding exists in three full, independent copies.
Those copies live on two different kinds of storage — physical drives and cloud archive — so no single technology failure can touch them all.
At least one copy always lives in a different geographic location, safe from anything that could happen here.
The working copy, on dedicated archive drives in our Portland studio. This is where your wedding is edited, curated, and prepared for delivery.
A complete, encrypted copy in professional cloud storage — offsite by nature, continuously maintained, and independent of any physical drive we own.
A third, physical copy stored in a separate geographic location. If the studio and the cloud both vanished tomorrow, your wedding would still exist.
In 15 years of photographing weddings, we have never deleted a single image. Your archive isn't kept until delivery — it's kept.
Laptops die, phones fall in lakes, downloads get misplaced. If you ever lose your gallery — next year or in ten — reach out and we'll redeliver it.
Want your own piece of the archive? You can request a raw archive drive containing every image from your wedding — a backup for safekeeping that many of our couples store in a safety deposit box.
